This is one of the best antibiotic fish meds to treat your fish when they are ill and is one of the three fish medications I use in my quarantine process when I bring new breeding stock into my aquariums or if I notice something going on and not exactly sure what it is. Most of the time this will cover a lot of issues that might arise with your fish.
General cure is the 2nd medication I use in the quarantine process for treating new breeding stock or new additions to my aquariums. As it says it is a general cure for most parasites and works very well. I recommend doing a treatment then waiting two weeks and repeating another treatment due to new parasitic eggs that might have hatched in that time.
This Ich treatment is the third medication I use in the quarantine process for adding new breeding stock and new additions to my aquariums. This is great for not only curing Ich but it also clears up fungal issues. I have used plenty of times to help sick fish that did not have Ich but only a fungal infection and this cleared it up super quick. Definitely keep this medication on hand because it definitely works great!
Freshwater salt is a huge winner when it comes to fish health. This is not salt for saltwater aquariums and should be used as a medication. The benefits for using salt to treat your fish are amazing and will help cure things like ich, parasites and other bacterial and fungal infections. Caution should be used for planted aquariums because salt will kill many aquatic plants.
This medication is a bit more powerful and should be used when Erythromycin doesn’t work. This medication covers both gram negative and gram positive bacteria and will clear up most everything that Erythromycin doesn’t. I highly recommend having this on hand just in case you do need it, it’s better to have and not need than to need and not have.
